Content files in alternative locataion

I am trying to put all the content files in D:/DAZ3D Libraries

However, it keeps putting things in documents.  I have set in the install manager and in the preferences of DAZ3D, the new location.  But for some reason, the files show up Content Library  with the package icons.  However, the Smart Content keeps installing into the default location and won't read from the custom location I want.  How do I make it happen?

    How are you installing? What is the full path to the things that keep reappearing in the Documents folder?

    Huh, it's now working. Apparently I had to do a total restart of my computer after setting the locations in all places, then reinstall everything from the ground up.
