Whats the solution to the Missing Powerup Points from Week 3?

Me and many others did dot get their powerup points for purchased on Oct 15-18, some big purchases like the Josie Pro bundle did not deliver up their power points. I missed 6.. but were running out of time. Today the week closes. No response from CS. Whats the deal?
