Long sleeve compression shirt? G8 or G3

Are there any outfits that include a tight underarmor/spandex/compression shirt with long sleeves? Something a runner would wear? I’ve seen some options that almost fit the bill but they’re either too loosely fitted or too much skin is showing. Male or female G3 or G8 works.
