Caustics causing weird render?

So this only happens whern I turn on Caustic sampling. If I turn it off the image renders as normal. It doesn't matter if I use IBL or just iray lights. Anyone know what causes this? I am going to let it render out to see if it clears up, but more and more dots are being added, not getting smaller or going away.

There doesn't seem to be anything in that scene that would require caustics. You would be better off not to use the caustic setting as a default.
I've never seen something like this. I'm using caustics quite a bit, but only if there is refractive material in the scene. Did you change the SSS settings in the skin shader?
From what I understand, Caustics are for translucent materials or refractive materials, and light passing through them, yes? If that's the case there are a few things where I'd like that to happen. While not the main focus of the scene, I'd like there to be a level of realism...
It happens every time on every image I use Caustic Sampling on, it's the strangest thing. I did not change the SSS settings in the skin shader, but even if I had, it shouldn't be present on the pillows, the lamp or lamp shade, etc. It happens all over, and only when I use Caustic Sampling... It's the strangest thing. Thanks for the reply :)
Bump No one else has any ideas?
