What would be needed to make such a scene...

I'm trying to see what I could use to make such a scene in DAZ 3D.

I'm looking for content for the houses an walls, as I understand that I can't make the garden-like figure.

The end-goal is to make CG of a Heian-period city for a visual novel :/ I'm not good at creating content so I need them to be easy to install/use.
