Gift Card not working.

I purchased a DAZ gift card for myself and I tried using it and it says that the card is invalid but I did a copy and paste exactly off the e-mail notification so I know that I am not mis-typing it. Has this happened to anyone and how did you go about resolving it?

    Yes, it happens now and then to many people. You need to submit a help request to the sales department. They will fix it.

    Just wait for the second email with the valid code.

    It may well be that you need a ticket, but you can click the code in the email to go to the redemption page - even mor reliable, if the coder is good, than copy-and-paste.

    The two email issue seems to have been fixed by the last couple I bought.
