All purchases made on 2-7 do not show the thumbnail in Studio

Ok, this is odd.  Every item that I purchased on 2-7 (3 different orders) do not show the thumbnail in smart content.  Items purchased previous and subsequent to that date work fine, but not this particular day.  On 2 different machines, after a full uninistall/reinstall through DIM and a content database update.  Anyone have any ideas?
