Using Hexagon on new hardware

edited December 1969 in Hexagon Discussion

I have seen new tablets coming out using Intel's Bay Trail processor and Windows 8.1. My question is can Hexagon be run without a mouse or keyboard? Dell, for example, has what they call an "active pen" to use with their tablets. I think it would be pretty handy to be able to work on smaller objects, like boxes or tools or guns or parts of objects that could be imported to my main computer, while I am someplace other than where my main computer is.

Yes, you can work with Hexagon without using mouse and keyboard. I often use Hex with my Wacom tablet.

However some keys like Alt and Ctrl make life much easier for quick navigating (pan, rotate, zoom). I dont know if this works on a Tablet PC but on my Wacom I have some extra keys on which I have set those commands. This is not necessary, it just makes it easier and faster to use.

    Hop that helps a bit.
