Owners or Buyers?

According to the blurb on the 'Oh what an animal' page, owners or buyers of Tasha get 20% off the new releases. The asterisk says items have to be in the cart at the same time, so I've not got this. Rather shoddy advertising, surely. Very misleading.

    All it means is that if you have bought Tasha already, the discount applies. If you have not bought Tasha and want to get the discount, place Tasha and the items from the "Animal" sale you wish to purchase in your cart at the same time.

    I have bought Tasha and I don't get the discount.

    So doesn't seem to work for me.

    1) Try to relog.

    2) As long as you have bought her, put in a ticket and Customer Service should be able to help you if re-logging didn't. Did you buy her the night she was released or when?

    20% extra discount for owning Tasha 8 Pro bundle not working for me either.  Purchased her pro bundle yesterday 2/6

    Customer Service should be able to resolve this for you if you put in a ticket.

    OK, but doesn't it need fixing - Lindsey appears to see what I see (no discount). Does anyone see the discount?

    I had one of the items from the sale in my cart earlier in the day yesterday and i believe it was working but when I went back to go thorough my cart last night, the discount was gone

    I believe by owners it meant people who bought on the first day, not people who buy the Tasha 8 and the items from yesterday in two transactions after the first day. If you are in that position then please open a Sales Support ticket.

    If so, the wording is sloppy and likely to create ill-will! Also that makes the asterisk strictly illogical because then it would apply to no-one: those who bought the previous day would not have it in the cart; those who had it in the cart would not have bought it the previous day.

    This seems to add an extra complexity to the store that I had not been aware of before.

    OK, looks like I have to decide whether to buy things at 30% which is fine by itself, I suppose, and then submit a ticket as I can't understand the promotion. This doesn't seem very helpful.

    I fail to see why you can't understand the promotion, it's black and white to me. I agree that it sucks you are not getting the discount because you already bought Tasha and have to submit a CS ticket, I just tried it buying tasha and a new release and it worked perfectly as stated.
