Definitely Arabella. Although I get more than a hint of Ninive6 as well.

.  I am disappointed that the Hellen outfit and textures are only 30% off.  Aren't they part of this promotion? Why aren't they 51% like all the others?

the 51% is for Daz Original products.

Actually my favorite face of the 8 females so far. She reminds me in a small way of Ceridwen, one of my G3 favorites. Her lips look good thinned out a bit, which is probably more than I can say for her breasts...why do DO characters always have such large boobs? It's much easier to make large ones out of small ones than the other way around. With her thin and lanky figure, I'd expect her to have a much smaller chest.

Edit: may I also mention that the brows are just....wow. The brows keep getting more and more realistic looking, so whoever did them...hats off. They're beautiful.

Took forever to find things I wanted in the Add- on promos.  WTH DAZ?  I thought I was just seeing a lousy selection because I'd bought everything already, but looking at it with everything I own unhid, the selection was just really limited and mostly really old stuff. At least buying Tash with any of her add ons means you can stack in more Free items from the V4/M4 sale...

I really like Tasha 8, but the bundle? Well, more outfits with uncovered areas; I have enough of those.

... Don't get me wrong, I'm a guy, and I love sexy; I do, however, also need both believable and practical.

I guess I'm the only one that doesn't think her head is too big....lol. In fact, I usually increase the head size on MOST of the Daz DO's (because I think most of them are too small). It could be that her very slender and waifish figure makes her head look larger than it is.

The stuff in the bundles doesn't really do much for me...I have lots of similar outfits and characters. I think I'll go with just the base this time around. I do like her face tho. Kind of Mediterranean or Eastern European.

Agree; I think about the instructions on head size when drawing - I suck at said drawing but proportions I'm better at, I think. :)

It works out as 30% off for a new product, and 30% off for a Daz Original (if you're a PC+ member, anyway), which means 70% of 70% price = 49% price, meaning a 51% discount.

Yeah I had the same thought initially when I was looking at it, that I must have already had a fair chunk of the items involved, but on turning off the filters... no, it was just a dismal selection in the first place.

At the moment, I'm considering waiting a day or three and seeing if any of the vendors in the bonus items go on sale in order to add a little more value to the offer, but if not, it's looking increasingly unlikely that the Pro Bundle offers are going to grab me.

The problem I have with her isn't the size of her head, per se, it's that she's very noticeably top-heavy, with a lot more of her body mass above the navel than is normal... especially given that she's supposed to be six feet tall according to her specs.  Human females normally carry their center of balance in their hips and pelvis, which allows them to bend without falling over in ways that men can't.  Between that large head and the extemely slim legs and backside, I'm not sure Tasha could actually do the old "bend-over with your head against the wall, pick up a chair and try to stand back up while still holding the chair" execise they always use to demonstrate the proportional balance differences between men and women.

Of course when you are talking about a vampire you're throwing believable and practical out the window to start with devil

  • I love this new bundle.  She was an instant buy and I got her pro bundle and some additional products for a damn good price.  Win-win for me.  And it doesn't hurt that the idea of Halloween in February is something that interests me greatly.   :D

Another one not for me. I think her head is way too big and her features unattractive and over-exaggerated. I guess I’m one of the few really looking for drop dead beauty. I have a ton of morphs and usually beautify the Daz Originals but why should I have to do that work? It’s much easier to make a model unattractive and I could create Tasha’s morphs in seconds. I have really not been impressed with most Daz O females (except older and toon ones) for a while. Victoria 7 was so beautiful and unique (maybe too unique though...) and I would love to see more models with true beauty, not something anyone could make easily with existing morphs... Although I always change the characters with my own morphs to make them unique, this model doesn’t seem to add anything to the gene pool I don’t already have...

That said, I do like some of the PA items but the deal for the bundle doesn’t seem that great, so I’m still on the fence. It wouldn’t kill me to wait a year for this...

I got just the character. I'm kinda done buying bundles unless I see stuff that wows me. LOL.

Wow, although I’m not really into this bundle, I was considering it for a few things, but the offer is terrible! Only 13  old things in one category and 14 in another to choose from and I never wanted those over 10 year-old products anyway! They need to bring back a wider choice of freebies for me to get any bundle. The offers are getting much worse!

I agree that this particular freebie offer is not good, though the pricing of the pro bundle and the add-ons are pretty good (I did get a banner as well, so that helped). But everything surrounding the Lee 8 Pro Bundle--that introductory "deal," if we consider the bundle and add-on pricing, was by far the worst.

True, the Lee deal was spectacularly abysmal... especially since he went on sale for a much lower price less than two months later.  This deal, on the other hand, seems almost like nobody even Iooked at the products selected for the buy-in items.

I don't think her head is big at all.  Stopped the render before completion because I want to do a few more.

Have enough good looking females. Don't need this one. Besides she's not my type.

We are in agreement. I don't want "normal" looking characters, I want glamorous, interesting model types. Tasha just looks too plain for my tastes and I really can't see what she would bring to the gene pool in G8 for me.

On the other hand, there are those of us who appreciate not everything conforming to the same form of beauty. (And the community can't even agree whether Tasha is too plain or too glamourous! I've already seen her criticised for being both). There's some PAs who, while they produce high quality characters, I generally now overlook them because there's very strong similarities from one character to the next; buying more from them doesn't really add much utility to my collection.

    Tasha 8 Portrait.

I used Altern8 and made a couple of manual skin settings adjustments. Minor color adjustment made in Photoshop.

Peach fuzz/face hair added from Evelyn & Lynn. Hair is OOT's Georgia Hair.

Damn the Evelyn and Lynn product went right into my wishlist, the render looks great, I have the pro bundle in my cart and some other items, debating on checking out, I like Tasha and some of the items on the pro bundle, and even the add on items, the one for the teeth looks awesome, however I kinda agree with the items to choose from, I found some to pick not sure how often i would use them though

Fantastic render as always Diva. Cannot wait to take her for a spin but finances still a little way off being purchase ready :(

I see you are like me and use the E and L peach fuzz - really helps with up close and personal portrait renders I find. And some Altern8 never hurt if you know what you are doing.

I finally got my cart figured out (I'm always so indecisive when there are so many nice add-on characters but I need to try and stay on budget lol). I finally got it narrowed down. :)

Here's Zephyr (with minor adjustment to her skin and lip shine settings).

Sorry for the odd quality. It was nice and sharp when I rendered it. Uploading it seems to have dropped the quality a bit.

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like the V4M4 freebies apply to this group of items.

EDIT: NEver mind, seems to be a problem with how I added things in my cart.
