Dianne outfit for G8F - does the cape come off?

I see ntohing in the promos/description that indicates the cape is removable. No morphs, etc. 
Is it removeable?

    I don't know, but I have their somewhat similar Andrea Dress from Rendo. You can deselect by making the surface transparent.  The problem is the surface you have control over is at top and the bottom..
