Identify Character in Promo please.

I like this hair but I would also like to get the character to go with it.  Kids 4, I know that much but anything beyond that, I'm just not sure.

Hmmm, it wouldn't hurt to include all products used in all Promo pics if they are still available.

Thanks for your help!

Might be this one, she got the same spots on nose and cheek and the eyebrows match too:

Well, there aren't *that* many K4 characters. But that one looks like she might be a Thorne doll.

Thank you very much for replying!  Last time I checked this thread was up to 31 views with no reply.

I was thinking it might be holly but that nose doesn't have the Thorne look.  Still, it might just be angles.

Is there way to contact the vendor and ask?  I've never seen the countess on here but Propschick is well known in the 3D world.

Most vendors are pretty accommendating when it comes to answering promo questions.

You can submit a support ticket and ask. One of the dropdown menu options for the Sales Ticket Tracker is "Promo Image/Product Used". They will contact the vendor and/or promo artist for you and inquire.

That product is 8 years old and created by two different PAs (one of which hasn't put out a product here in four years). I'm not sure I'd recommend contacting them over it in the hopes that they might remember a character that they used in a promo the better part of a decade ago. lol :) That's just my opinion though. I would be pretty shocked if someone contacted me 8 years after I made a promo to ask me what products were in it - but then again my memory is so bad I'd be lucky to remember what I used in a product promo after a few months. lol

Really?  I remember every character I've used for any image I've created over the years.  Especially if that character is a "go to" character as I suspect this one is.  Perhaps you're right in that I shouldn't get my hopes up but vendors love to make a sale and will give some help toward that end.  Plus with a few exceptions who will remain mercifully unnamed, most of the vendors I've dealt with over the years are amongst the kindest people I've met online.  I'll put out the ticket and see what happens.  Thanks for the tips everyone.  Your help is mucho appreciated!

I'm pretty sure the texture is Hollie, and I also think the morph is hers, just slightly modified. Eyes also seem to be from a different character. Here's a comparison:

I found this in my drafts.  My apologies for not ending the thread properly by thanking those who commented.  Thank you all.  Oh the final outcome after contacting DAZ Support was they didn't know, didn't find out and closed my ticket.  It was a complete waste of my time to contact DAZ support about a promo image.

It will be rare for Customer Service to have access to that information. If, as Jess says, the promos were done by others, the artist won't either.

TBH, I can barely remember what I used, other than the product I've made, which is why I try to write what I can down. Especially as I am apt to change my mind and change different aspects as I render. As vendors, we can end up doing lots and lots of renders. I think when you're just doing art, you may remember better. Most of the time, we're just trying to finish to get the product submitted.
