This sale ... do you have to have the gift card purchase, and the Daz Original in the cart at the same time to get the $10 or whatever off? 
And then you get 10 or 20% off the gift card and the product --  
then you can use the gift card on another purchase?  but if you buy it at 10% off, it will be $45 instead of $50, etc etc?

    You have to have everything in the cart to get the deal.

    I just got a $300 GC and also cleared out 12 items off my wishlist for $282, great deal.

    Yes; plus you can get up to $30 worth of DAZ Originals free if the GC is over $100

    Yes, you can use it on another purchase of almost anything except another gift card

    Marketing is always exciting here at DAZ! New deals everyday. So colorful, thematic, puzzling, and inviting.

    I think I just missed out on my free Daz items and 20% off .I just bought a gift card but did not realize the Daz items had to be in the basket at the same time. Have I just lost out on this deal very confused

    Technically, yes, you lost out; BUT you could file a help ticket with customer service, explain your mistake, and ask nicely if you could get the items at the sale terms anyway. While they are under no obligation to do so customer service has been known to be very helpful in these matters; and it never hurts to ask.

    You can contact CS and see if there is anything they can do, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

    Personally I don't see how this sale can be any simpler. I am just bummer it can only be used once, LOL

    You will pay $45 but it will give you $50 in store credit.

    FSMC, how long do you think that gift card will last you? I'm going to buy $100 and that will probably last me two months.

    Also, anyone want to bet the sale is miraculously extended throughout the weekend? Not taking any chances, but it would probably surprise no one.   ;)

    Really depends on what new items come out, any great sales or if I get a commercial project that needs a certain addon. I guestimate about 2-3 months, maybe 4. I was going to get a bigger one, but I just got 2 new 32 inch monitors, so my non essential finances are a little thin this month.

    Wow, what monitors? I've been thinking a *little* about getting a new one (or maybe two) down the road, although my old Nixeus 2560x1440 has been surprisingly good.

    Yeah, my 2 27 inch samsungs still get the job done, but I have a deal from a friend on 2 new LG 32UD99-W 32-Inch 4K UHD for $650 each and on Amazon they are like a grand each, so I am thinking it's worth the investment.
