Does anyone know if this Captain outfit "Zips Up"?

    Looking closely at the promo's it is zipped up. The zipper tab is where the zipper stops, maybe a little below where it stops but not much.

    OK, my question was to zip higher than that, but I do now see the zipper ends there, so I suppose it's as high as it gets. Thanks for pointing it out.
