DForce clothing with legacy rigged figures

I was wondering about making DForce clothing for legacy rigged figures.  I have several Nursoda figures from renderosity, such as Muggie.  I was thinking of learning how to make DForce outfit with Muggie, but I am pretty sure she uses legacy rigging.

I know I cannot advertise commercial products here, but can I offer free items for figures not found here like Muggie?
