What are the details on the second character shown in Commander hair?

OK, I was broswing the store, and came across the Commander Hair product.

What I  really want to know is the details of the second example shown, the heavy set stocky middle aged character.

This is perhaps the best, most convincing male character I have ever seen - someone please tell me what i need to buy to get a character looking like this!
