AniMate and Timeline tabs

1st question answered

1.How do I get the tabs that say timeline and AniMate to show up like I've seen them in the past?(Fixed  Window>Workspace>orient tabs along top)

 

2nd question:  Also, if I have a lot of animate blocks at the bottom of the animate tab, how do I scroll to see them(see image)?  Is undocking the only answer?

 

3rd question: Is aniMate 2 the only way to slide aniBlocks within the Animate "timeline"? I can't do it with just aniMate.
