Create a Custom Action for Folder?

I know how to create a custom action, but is there a way to create one for a whole folder instead of just 1 item?
I just want some kind of quick-access link to the folder pointed at in the attached pic in orange. Either in custom actions, or maybe up in the toolbar somewhere near the pink arrow? I feel like I've seen people put stuff up there, but maybe I'm wrong.
Any help would be great, thanks!

Haven't seen how to add a whole folder, but you can create sub-menus (or new menus with sub-menus) to organize your custom actions. You can indeed add toolbars with those custom actions.
Both tasks can be done with the Customize dialog (F3 or Window -> Workspace -> Customize) once you have your custom actions added, by default to the Scripts menu. In Customize, go to the right side and select the Menus tab. Expand the Main Menu item and do the same on the Scripts item. Right-click on Add Submenu (either on Scripts or on Main Menu, or any other submenu you want, I guess) and give it a name (you can change it any time). Move the custom scripts to the submenu by dragging them, one at a time, to the desired submenu. You can move them around to get the order you want. Apply/Accept and you will have new menus in Studio.
Now the fun part. You can add those custom actions to toolbars, either existing or new ones. When you create a custom action, the entries also go into the list of Custom items in the left side of the dialog. Go ahead and expand that item and you will see all the custom actions added, with their icons. On the right half, click the Toolbars tab and right-click on any item and select Add Toolbar... A new toolbar entry will be created (like the submenu items) after the one you right-clicked on. You can move it in the list and rename it any time, or move it in Studio like any other toolbar. Now drag and drop the Custom action items from the left pane to the right pane in the new toolbar. Now Apply and we're almost done.
New toolbars are off by default, so you have to go to the Activities tab on the right side and expand Advanced, Toolbars to see the list. The new toolbar will show Off in the Enabled column. Right-click and Enable Toolbar. Apply to see your changes! Accept if you're happy, or go back and fix anything that needs it.
Good luck!
ETA: You might have to Accept after creating the toolbar to get it to appear in the list of toolbars on the Activities pane before you can Enable it.
Perfect, thank you! ^_^
There's a script to set folders as favorites.

Thats Cute I may steal that quote from you one day

I think that you'll find that this product is the easiest way to do what you want: https://www.daz3d.com/mf-content-bookmarks as it lets you create custom links in bookmark toolbars on the main menu (yes, you can have more than one set of content bookmarks.) I've currently got quite a few of my most used folders, both in the content library and in custom categories, bookmarked, as well as specific individual products, scripts and character presets and subscenes I use frequently, and it works like a charm.
Of course, if you just want to access a script, like Vyktohria's great convert it series, you can also link it in csimply create a custom toolbar of your own on the main menu https://daz3dcookbook.wordpress.com/customising-daz-studio-menus-toolbars/ and place it there, which is what I did before Content Bookmarks came along. Besides a couple of Content Bookmark tabs, I've currently got two extra custom action tabs on my main toolbar - one that's mainly for posing and prop moving utilities and one for 3DL and Iray converters and utilities lilke the Convertits, scene optimizer and NGS Anannesis, as well as some of the more eclectic scripts like Mcasual's tube wrap and tailor's chalk.
