    I always thought it was the PA's character XF Jane for G8F, with Teen Josie 8's textures. Perhaps with custom eyeliner.

    I was thinking the same, but it looks like she has been using that promo character long before XF Jane was released. But of course, she could have made and used it herself long before the release.
