DS 4.5, .dsf, and backwards compatibility

Using DS 4.5 RC1 and was working on a freebie dialspun morph. The new .duf file is not backwards compatible with the standard version of DS 4 and I was wondering if there was any sort of script, workaround, or loophole in order to convert it to .dsf. Since this is just a freebie as opposed to a vendor release it's not a huge deal but it's still a little annoying.

    Use the deprecated .dsa script presets.

    Where are those/how would I do that? Guess I should have noted that I'm still the new guy in a lot of ways.

    File>Save as>Deprecated. make sure you set the format to .dsa, instead of .dsb, or they won't work in the older version of DS.
