Getting jumped by the Draw Settings panel

Now that's a panel I remove when I don't need it. If I try to do a viewport render, the damn panel keeps popping up uninvited. Is there some way to prevent it?

    A Viewport render? Do you mean Spot Render?

    Well, the sort of render you do when you're not telling DS to do it in a separate window. Draw Settings will then take focus wether I like it or not.

    So are you hitting cmd/ctrl - or Render>Render, or are you dragging in the Viewport withe Spot Render tool?

    Dragging. Oddly, just after I posted my last message, I retried and it didn't happen again... I will keep an eye out, annoyances tend to creep on me from behind :)
