Ubersurface 1 upgrade preset

Hi all

I have it since a long time and a post in the forum just remind me that ubersurface 1 doesn't have an upgrade preset like ubersurface 2

I find it very usefull when just wanting to assign the ubersurface shader without touching the maps and shader parameters

Don't mind the preview image it's the first one I found on my notebook
