in Esha's "dForce Collection 02 - Winter Dress & Cape for Genesis 8 Female(s)" product 5th promo render.  here's the direct link (hope it works)

She doesn't look like any of the vendor's list of promo resources used.  Maybe Gina with a different texture?

    Looks kind of like Eva 8, both skin and face shape, under less crappy lighting than used in the Eva 8 promo art. Or possibly with surface settings changed to de-orange her.

    The character in that render is P3D Elvira, available at the other place. That's also the reason why she's not listed in the products used.
    I rarely use non-Daz products in my promos but this was one of the exceptions. Sorry about the confusion!
