Exporting For AR Studio

Hi everyone.  I am just beginning to get into augmented reality. I have previous experience in exporting Daz assets into Lens Studio for Snapchat.  That took a little while to figure out the export settings but I managed to figure it out.  

Now I have moved onto AR Studio.  I have been having issues finding the sweet spot on my export settings and was wondering if any of you knew the correct settings to use.
