How long are Daz help tickets taking please?

I put in a ticket re the traction engine not getting the loyalty coupon on Monday. I Know they must be busy, but wondered how long they are taking before they do anything.

Same here. Missing discount AND overcharged in cart, also on Monday, with just the automatic reply. Must be a few of us in the same boat.
I imagine they are pretty busy, though I realise you really want this resolved fairly soon with the holidays impending. Have you checked there hasn't been a silent credit of the refund to your account?
No credits since the last GC I bought. I'm not troubled by having to wait. It's the daily store errors that annoy me.
I really, REALLY wish Daz3D would impliment store software that was as good as the competitions'.
Of all the 3D sites I know, Daz is by far the best shop. Unity comes close, but even that has some really annoying "features."

I am in the same boat with a non function gift card making me missing out on some deals, I guess there are an overload of arrends since there are new deals every day.
I put one in on late Sunday(for me) early monday morning and still haven't heard back. When I payed, purchase screen went back to Daz and suddenly the charge was almost doubled. Left a addendum yesterday that I needed to hear something back or I would have to file something with PayPal. So far no response. I would love some store credit. Haven't downloaded the files yet, either.
I am told that yes, they have had a lot of tickets to handle but they hope to be caught up today. If you have a Customer Service (not Technical Support) ticket that's been received (you had a reply acknowledgement) and which has been open for a day or more and doesn't get resolved today please send me the ticket number in a PM.
