Please get rid of that stupid captcha
in The Commons
I am trying to get a refund on a product I bought and can't use, and after filling out the form I come to that stupid captcha.
I do not need to spend a half hour looking at pictures too small to see if there is a piece of sidewalk in it or bridge pieces, or try to type in
some mumbly phase played to fast to understand.
Is this here to stop people from reporting problems?

That's not Daz directly, but CloudFlare. Whether Daz has any influence on it or not, I cannot tell.
I did not know there was a captcha?
It appears when you submit a support ticket.
It does? Since when?
Edit:
Maybe logging in first will get rid of it?
Oh, there's a separate one there? Never had it when I submitted a ticket while being logged in. If there is one there, then ignore my previous comment, I was thinking of something else.
If you go to the ticket page and it wants your email you are not logged in. Click the Log In button at the top-right to fix that, and avoid the captcha.
Thank you Richard, that was the problem.
