Getting Loyalty Discount But Not Buy 2 Get Extra 10%

I've got one New Release and 2 Still New Releases (and several holiday freebies) in my cart and I'm not getting the extra a10% off. Just my Loyalty Discount. It didn't help to remove the freebies.  Is that how the discounts are supposed to work?

    That's on one or more Daz Originals? What is in your cart?

    It's not working for me either. I added 2 new releases and then added the Ollie 8 Pro bundle (DAZ Original) and the price is the same as if I only have 1 new release in my cart.

    I tried several combo's and some work for me while others don't. It states that the off will also be given with 2 PC+ purchases from the PC+ category, but I am not getting the 10% discount off a DO with any of the PC+ items.

    I just figured it out.  The extra 10% off is on DAZ Originals and the only DO product I have in my cart is a New Release.

    Actually it is right - the 10% is for two items from the Holiday Sale so when, as with Ollie 8 Pro (recent bestseller), your DO is a non-new item from today's sale it can contribute to earning its own discount. You could even earn the 10% discount with two (non-New) DOs from Featured PA, PC+, or Bestseller categories and have the discount apply to both.
