Fitting old hair product problem

Hello!

This might not be a big problem, but can't seem to get through it... It happens with only some products, here I have an example of NJA ponytail hair for G2F that I try to fit on a G3F. The mesh is distorted at neck level and that part doesn't follow the head movements. 

I tried fitting it as a short hair, shoulder lenght hair and none. I also tried to play in the scene identification parameters...

Have any idea for how to fix this? I'm sure you do ;P

    Try not fitting it, but position it as well as you can, then scale it and use the adjustment morphs (if there are any for the hair) and possibly add a smoothing modifyer with collision target set to G3F, then parent it to her head.
