Can't benefit from today's sale offer (discount on Zevo's products)

So, I saw there was a sale offer for Zevo's products when bought with a new release. I binged on them, but then I tried to add a coupon. The price of all products went back to normal, not discounted. OK, fine, I deleted the coupon...and the prices stayed the same. I emptied my cart, put back the items...no discount. I emptied the cart, logged off, logged in, put back the items...still no discount. Apparently I can't benefit from the offer anymore now and I must pay full price. Is there a way to solve this issue?

    Apparently not. I never could get the i13 or Zevo discounts to appear in my cart.
    Reloading the page many times didn't help.
    Now the sales are over. I hate this.

    Indeed the sale is over now. I thought I had the whole day to solve the issue, and even sent an help ticket, but I guess I can forget about it too. I had pretty much bought his whole G8 catalog, and I hate it too. sad

    You would have needed to submit a ticket before the sale was over, I imagine.

    I don't know when I submitted it exactly, because the sale ended right when I was trying to fix the issue. The sale was still on when I tried to log off/back and refill my cart a couple times then I wrote this post and submitted a ticket, then I come back, read the answer by Petercat, checked and the sale was indeed over. So, whether or not I submitted it before the end of the sale is a matter of minutes.

    I've seen this before, that there are problems with store functionality when it's close to DAZ midnight. So better check out early.

    In fact, I got a resolution for this issue.
