If you look at the anneka starter bundle there is a regular human skin in the Package called Jezebeth,  the brows look fairly close to the character you are looking for.

I dismissed that idea when I first looked at it but now looking again, with a somewhat less dramatic colouring that could be it. On the other hand, it's a fairly bland and generic skin all told in the promo, with some strong lighting. So any alternative texture without distinctive features of its own should work just as well.
