Hello!

Is there a way to import RealFlow stuff into Carrara 8.5? (Such as a tsunami which will be rendered within Carrara?)

If RealFlow exports sequenced OBJ, there is a Carrara importer plugin for that at Digital Carvers Guild.

However, they have plugins for most major 3d apps, alas, Carrara is not one of them. This makes me think the format is proprietary.

@wendy♥catz: There is a free PLE edition. :)

@cdordoni: Tonight I'll try to use the free edition to see how it works with Carrara. I hope that OBJs can be exported.

Someone already has experience with RF?

If RealFlow exports MDD, Fenric has a plugin for importing that format in the Daz Store. MDD is like a morph so the object has data associated with it that changes the position of the vertices.
