Why is this tutorial Bundle not on Special but all the separate modules are?

I want to grab this but it is not listed. All the parts are listed but of course the bundle is less! Am I missing something?

Seems to be getting the expected discounts to me, what are you seeing and, if it still seems wrong, what do you expect?

the other bundles and items are on sale so they have Vendor discount 40% then 30% for Tutorial and then I have another 30%. My full discount shows 71% but on the items not included in tutorials it is only 58%. 

It seems like the bundles are NOT listed in the tutorials but some bundles are.

https://www.daz3d.com/the-complete-guide-to-texturing-clothing-bundle is not listed with tutorials yet all the parts are.

I assume the bundles SHOULD be included in the tutorial sales. Certainly SOME bundles are!

Of course the 2 I want are having issues. The one listed here and the one listed above!

The  tutorials should not get the Loyalty Discount, as I understand it.

I understood wrong in this case, though, as Digital Art Live is one of today's featured PAs and therefore is getting the Loyalty Discount. The issue with the bundle has been fixed, it should now behave like the components.
