Loyalty discount on gift card not working

I just got a purple banner today that says I get my loyalty discount on a gift card for owning all G8 bundles, but it doesn’t work...  I purchased the Eva pro bundle yesterday...

I got a response within a matter of hours the other day, but if you don't want to wait what do you expect those here in the forums to do about it.

Since many people are just getting the purple banner today,I was hoping a mod could contact them. When I contact them, I just get an auto reply and it takes several back and forth conversations where I have to keep repeating my original question and rerring them to my original scenshots. It often takes weeks. This offer, I’m sure, would be over by then...

Mods really can't, but the ticket will have the date you send in and show them your receipts for Eva.

It must’ve been a one day thing, the banner is gone for me now, wish they would put expiration dates

I just submitted a ticket since the gift card banner promo isn't working for me either.

Same here. I had it yesterday but today it the banner disappeared and the offer is no longer in My Messages.
