ok i need help with daz studio 4.10

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

my firewall is blocking the software   how do i tell the firewall to let it go through 

i cant disable the firewall it wont let me   its part of windows

also it says cant find look at my hair 

and reality 4.1 

how can i fix that

    When is it saying it is blocking DS? Usually the alert will have an option to allow the application to communicate, if possible please post a screen shot.

    Are Look at My Hair and Reality 4 in the list in Help>About Installed Plug-ins? Are you sure you gave them the correct location for Daz Studio when installing?
