Can someone tell me what hair was used for this promo?

Looks like Toulouse Hair, it comes free with Genesis 1, 2, 3, and 8 Female starter essentials, search your product library if you don't have it installed.  Dial the morph "Lower Neck Short" to 100% and "Side Bend More" to -100% to get it syled that way.

I don't think I have that character so I made due.. and I don't have those earrings so I gave her my freebie hoops.  I do have the lights she used in that promo though.  I got close.
