Questions about DO puppet base

I remembered the puppet base that is now a DO. Can I highly notify it to create my own toon figure? I think I can but does it have to be a commercial product or can be a freebie?

Does it say it's a merchnat resource? If not you can't modify (I assume that's what "notify" should be) it and distribute it as your own. If it is a merchnat resource you'd need to check the terms, but freebies are usually not allowed.

It doesn't mention freebies, I would read "personal or commercial" as meaning no freebies but for an official answer you need to open a Sales Support ticket.
