Can you bake clothing textures on skin?

Hi there! I have a rather interesting project ahead of me which requires the human body to be extremely morphed (to inhuman proportions) and I've found that clothing isn't much of a fan of what I'm trying to do. Is there an easy way to take the clothing textures and apply them directly to the skin? I understand the clothing patterns would be distorted with the morphing but that is a heck of a lot better than fixing each frame in photoshop (there will be movement of the model in this project)

Thank you in advance!!!

Might be better to use something like this: https://www.daz3d.com/no-suit-for-genesis-8-females

There is also a male version.

Thank you for that. I just need to figure out how to texture it. Tried last night and failed miserably.

There is a thread for the No-Suit but quickly:

    1) use the no-suit figure and not a stock genesis 8.... apply your appropriate morphs
    2) in the Parameters tab, look at Currently used and set the values of no-suit morphs you don't want to use to zero
    3) then go to the Surfaces Tab, select the No-suit and No-suit simple, and apply whatever default shader you use like the default iray shader or ubershader
    4) apply the character texture to the character
    5) go back to the Surfaces Tab, copy like textures from character to No-suit surfaces; for example, to copy the face settings to all of the face-No suit surfaces
    6) apply your clothing texture to the remaining No-suit surfaces...
    7) done
