The account referenced in not setup in Install Manager

Does anyone know how to fix this? I only have one account and it's the ONLY one set up in Install Manager, I put in a ticket to Daz Tech Support and they have no idea how to fix this (they've been working on it for a week). I've been unable to install ANYTHING from Daz since they updated Install Manager about a week ago, I've uninstalled and installed Install Manager four times and DazStudio twice with no success.

(I was able to install two orders through Install Manager by unistalling it and installed through the order download process but that only works for ONE install, you have to uninstall Install Manager to install something else. And now that back door doesn't work anymore.)

Yep, when the DAZ Installer worked it was nice, but it's got WAY too many things that can go wrong with it, and you can't control where it installs specific things to. Add to that that it IS THE ONLY option now that even the zip's are set up for it and it's become kind of a pain. :(

I've never seen that error. When does it pop up?

Whenever you try to install anything, like "Download and Install entire order" or "Install with Install Manager", it can't access my library of what I've purchased either from Install Manager. However, if I click on something previously installed it goes right to my purchase. It's got to be some technical thing that got screwed up when the updated Install Manager.

Does downloading straight through DIM as opposed to hitting those buttons work? If you log into DIM you should see a list of your purchases on the Ready to Download tab, which you can sort by order date. You can open it manually by going to Start > All Programs > Daz 3D > DAZ3DIM1 and clicking on Daz 3D Install Manager 1.

Do you have a firewall that could be blocking DIM since the update?

I remember with previous firewalls I've had that updates would break the allowances and I'd have to re-add the program. I haven't had any issues with this since moving to Windows 7 and it's native firewall.

I have the same problem on my Apple Mac. Are my purchases lost? Is there no way to download them?

You can download manually form "Your Product Library" at any time. They are always there for you.
