Question about dForce ready poses

I was wondering what happens if you adjust these poses slightly before simulating. Will it screw the whole thing up? Or what if you adjust the pose a bit after, will the clothing naturally conform or just stay in place creating poke through? I’ve only used dforce a few times, and obviously still learning...

If the dForce clothing is fitted as well as dynamic then adjusting the pose slightly should usually be safe - dForce is a process that runs and geenrates a new shape, that shape is then static and can be manipulated by other modifiers (joints or dForms, for example).
I would imagine that adjustments before hand would also be safe, you'd just need to make sure you didn't introduce any intersection of body parts to cause the simulation to explode.
Thanks. Could you please direct me to a tutorial on using dForms and joints? It’s been two and a half years now, that I’ve been using DS and still so much I don’t know....
Joints are not something you need a tutorial on using - that's just the posing.
If you go to You Tube and type "dFormers in Daz Studio" in the search field there is quite a list of videos on using dFormers.
The video that helped me understand how dformers work is this one:
And this one helped me understand how to paint Dforce weightmaps:
