Any success with Headshop 11? [Resolved - Temp Folder]

So far every single picture I've tried produces something like this with the eyes in the eyebrows and the mouth stretched thin.  The autodots look right in each one and I haven't tried anything too crazy (front facing, neutral non-obscured pictures).

I tried Genesis 2 and 3 female and the result is the same.

Any users have any success?

    It seems an installation issue (missing files or misplaced files). Can you check the manual to ensure that everything is in the right place?

    Also, tried other images?

    I tried the same image from different source and it worked fine (see enclosed).

    It looks like the issue is because my temp folder is customized.  When I set it back to the default it works.  Does DAZ expose the user's temp folder path setting through the API as a property?  You could query and use that instead of assuming it is the default.

    Why is your HS 11 head turning out rounder and shorter than the HS 11 PA's HS 11 head?
