Help with Iray on MacOS

I have a MSI 1060 graphics card installed in a AkTtio node eGPU connected to a 2018 MacBook Pro via Thunderbolt 3 and used "purge-wrangler.sh" to enable external GPU support on the mac. I installed the latest Nvidia Web and CUDA drivers.
- NVIDIA Web Drivers are: 387.10.10.10.40.108
- NVIDIA CUDA Driver Version is 410.130
Whenever I try to load Daz3d it hangs during launch. If I switch from"NVIDIA Web Driver" Graphics Drivers to the "Default MacOS Graphics Drivers" Daz3d will load but without the 1060 being visible.
Checking the log file I get the following error when it hangs during launch:
2018-11-21 16:20:57.997 Iray INFO - module:category(API:MISC): 0.0 API misc info : Loaded "/Applications/DAZ 3D/DAZStudio4 64-bit/libs/iray/libneuray.so"
2018-11-21 16:20:57.997 Iray INFO - module:category(API:MISC): 0.0 API misc info : Iray 2017.0.1, build 287000.7672, 23 May 2017, macosx-x86-64-clang

Anyone have this problem and know of a solution?

That looks like something to send to Daz.
