V4 morphs to gen2

 I have picked up a character at renderocity.  The character is a v4 and gen2, but her v4 face looks so much better then the gen2.  And for some odd reason the uvs don't work right on gen2.  So I have been looking around for a propper tutorial on transforing the v4 face morphs and uvs over to gen2.  I have herd of the genx tool thing, but I'm not sure on what other tools I need.
