"toggle pins"

Hello, everyone,
I noticed this: If I fix the arms or legs of a G2 figure by the "toggle pin", then the pinned extremity is absolutely fixed no matter how I bend the figur.
If I do the same with a G3 or G8 figure then the extremities are not absolutely fixed, but move with me.
How can I adjust the toggle pins of the G3 and G8 figures in such a way that the point is absolutely fixed.
