I believe its something the artist made for themselves and not for sale, if you are talking about the man's uniform.
He mostly posts on the NEW: Michael and Friends Appreciation Association [Images] Pt 2 thread. You could PM him from there This link goes strainght to one of his posts.
It has never been released even though many have stated they would buy it in an inatsnt, myself included.
