Remove entry form script menu

Hi

I have shortcuts to scripts in the menu bar. I have got one in there I do not want and wondered how I remove entries? Can’t seem to see a way to do it.

    Window>Workspace>Customise, under the menus tab on the right expand main Menus>Script, then right-click on the unwanted entry and select remove. You can also find it in the Custom Actions list on the elft, right-click and delete/remove (I can't recall which the command is).
