I purchased the wineglasses today.  When I render them they keep coming up black.  I've tried several different things and I'm not getting anywhere.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

These look like they are for 3Delight, so they will need to be given Iray shaders if you want to use them in Iray. There are possibly suitable Iray glass shaders in your runtime already, (look in "Shader Presets" and see what you have). You can also find free shaders at ShareCG.com, by typing "Iray shader" in the search function.
