Is it possible to merge two characters into one?

Hello there guys

I have a question here. Is it possible to merge one character onto another? For example I'm using a Genesis 8 female morph pack by HFS which contains fatasy shapes, I want to merge a deer head, reptile body into one, but a problem I ran into was when I try to merge the deer head, the morph gets messed up. So is it actaully possible to merge two characters into one?
