Graphic tablets questions

I am thinking about graphics tablets. My laptop has only one hdmi thing but no vga spots. I was thinking of a graphics tablet which can be a monitor too. Are there any graphics tablets with monitor that do not require a video cable such as hdmi? I already have an external monitor but would like a tablet too.

pretty much all the graphics tablets that actually include a display are pretty expensive but if you look at the wacom offerings you can find some that include a USB option.
I have a small Cintiq (Wacom with a screen) and I can't imagine any tablet with a screen *not* requiring an HDMI plug. They have to get their video feed from somewhere, thus the need for some sort of video cable.
Those more expensive graphic tablets are great if you paint or draw, but if you do minor postwork or just use DAZ Studio, it will not really benefit you. I've been using my small normal Wacom more than the Cintiq lately because it's a bit of a pain to switch video outputs to the Cintiq for just some very quick Photoshop work.
USB 3.0 can handle 1080p video.
You can get a USB Hub that can handle at lest 4 usb hook ups at a time and are very inexpensive. I would be lost without mine. You only need on port on your computer and then you can hook up 4 devices via usb with the hub
Huion tablets are pretty good. A lot cheaper than Wacom but I think they do need cables.
