Sasuke for Sakura 8

Hey guys, can someone explain to me how exactly does Sasuke exactly work? Do the male items work for him or?? can I uses him in my male morphs?

 It changes your Sakura character (Genesis 8 female) into a male character. Genesis 8 male shapes wont work, but you can put his clothes on him.
