Converting props for Poser...without Poser

I am experimenting in converting my props to Poser so Poser users can also enjoy them. Thing is: I don't have Poser myself so I have no idea what I'm even doing. There is a free PP2 exporter script available on Rendo, is that enough to get the props to work, or do the shaders still need manual work in order to look good?
